It all started four years ago when our founder, Sunny Park, acted as the General Contractor to build Ocean's Golfer from the ground up. The facility quickly became more than just a premier indoor golf destination; it naturally evolved into a living showroom. Visitors from all over Texas—whether dreaming of a private home simulator, a corporate breakroom, or a full-scale commercial lounge—would drop by to experience the space, ask questions, and seek advice from the owner.

What began as organic consulting soon grew into a dedicated construction practice. Over the past few years, we have successfully designed and built numerous custom Golfzon simulator bays for private residences and corporate offices. Recently, we further expanded our commercial portfolio by completing the construction of Bada Golf, a second major location in DFW Haltom City. To formalize this wealth of hands-on experience and expertise, we launched Tekton.

Taking our name from the ancient Greek word for 'master builder,' Tekton is a premier General Contracting firm specializing exclusively in indoor golf environments.

We provide complete Turn-Key solutions for both commercial golf lounges and high-end residential simulator rooms. From custom swing platform fabrication and precise acoustic soundproofing to custom spatial designs and Fast-Track construction, we bridge the gap between cutting-edge golf technology and flawless craftsmanship.

Under the expert guidance of our Project Manager, Sunny Park, we handle every detail of your project from blueprint to the first tee-off.
